Unit Owner's Visitors and Parking Violations
It is the responsibility of each unit owner to inform their visitors where they can park their vehicles and where they cannot park their vehicles. An owner’s visitor parking in another owner’s designated parking stall is unacceptable.

Owners will need to contact parking enforcement if a vehicle is parked in their stall – do not contact the property manager or a board member.

An owner cannot report vehicles that are tandem parked. Please contact the property manager or a board member.

Any owner can report a vehicle that is parked in a fire lane without contacting the property manager or board member.

 

Extra Parking Stalls

A Unit Owners is the only person who can request an extra parking stall. Renters and visitors cannot request extra parking stalls.

Only one extra parking stall can be assigned to a unit.

When an owner sells their unit, the extra parking stall is does not transfer to the new owner. Only the original stall for the unit goes to the new owner.
